Hello! I spent a few days of my vacation with my husband and 2 more couples. My husband made the reservation directly through the hotel website, because the presentation of the place was excellent, showed how the “resort” was prepared. We arrived before the check-in time and the attendants informed that they would do a pre-check-in, ours. We delivered the documents and provided all the requested information, as we could not access the room, we went to the shopping floor and wait to give the time to enter the room. However, when the official time for entering the room arrived, we had to repeat the whole process of checo-um. Because the pre-check-in served absolutely nothing. I consider this a lack of organization and communication, mainly because we were tired after almost six hours of travel. The hotel presents itself as a resort, but, I did not think that the experience corresponds. In the block where we stayed, the wooden floor of the hallways made a lot of noise whenever someone passed by, it seems that people were intentionally hitting their feet on the floor, compromising the rest. The bathroom door in the room also presented problems. It didn't close properly and, depending on the wind coming through the window, it beat all night. In order to get to sleep, I had to lock it up and even shoe it to keep it closed. The point that most disappointed me was the outdoor pool, when my husband closed the package and showed me the photos I found wonderful, we chose this hotel, by the photos of the pools, it was one of the main attractions presented on the site and was one of the factors that influenced the purchase decision. But only when we used it we found out that it was in retirement, and that only the covered pool would be available for use. At no time was this information made available during the booking, nor is there any information on this website, nor was it communicated to us at check-in. This lack of transparency left me upset, I had a vision of what was waiting for me at the hotel and when I arrived I was disappointed. Although we were in the winter, during our stay the temperature reached 29°C, so we would definitely enjoy the outdoor pool. Another point was the structure of the room for those who need to work. My husband works in home office and had to use the laptop and monitor we took with us during the trip, as he had some clients to serve. However, there was no suitable joint T outlet and no electric extension available to plug into all devices. I contacted the reception to check if the hotel could provide an extension, but I was informed that I would have to buy in the hotel store (which the attendant didn't even know if there was), and the store would only open on Monday. For a hotel that positions itself as a resort, I expected a more suitable solution for such a simple need. At the first dinner, my orange juice was only served when I had finished the meal. Plus, the waiter ended up dropping the other people's juices off our desk. Despite the disorder, I felt sorry for him, because he seemed to be very nervous maybe it was his first day. My husband said he thought the guy who roasted the meat was regulating the meat, by the way he positioned himself when my husband ordered another piece of meat. Another point is the charge of R$ 25,00 per day for parking, I think it could be charged only once during the stay, I stayed 3 days imagine who gets 7. As for the food, I found the food good. I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, so I usually take my pills because I know that there are usually few options for people with these restrictions. But the quality of the meals I liked. I also make a compliment to some people team, always giving good day, good afternoon, for the corridors. However, me and my husband would not return and neither recommended the hotel. My biggest disappointment was the lack of transparency regarding the outdoor pool, precisely one of the main reasons that led me to choose this accommodation. It would be enough that this information was clearly available on the website before the purchase. Thus, each guest could consciously decide whether the accommodation would still meet their expectations. Unfortunately, I left with the feeling of being harmed for not receiving such important information before making the reservation.

Enormous hotel, modernized, spacious rooms. The kitchen is very good tbm!!! The attendees were always bastate requested, we had a very crowded hotel experience. Sometimes we miss some careers, but nothing that has disaboned our stay.
