Unfortunately, they do not recognize the potential. The hotel is proud to have more than 40 years in the branch but the structure is in fact 40 years ago. A renovation in the rooms and bathrooms would greatly raise the note. The staff are friendly, but unfortunately you can't stay for many days. There is also free transfer from the airport.

The general areas of the hotel are not bad, nor is the location. To rescue the positive aspects. Regarding the negative, I will start with the staff; there was zero kindness. I was very surprised by the lack of friendliness; not even a good morning, and when you asked something, it seemed to annoy both the reception staff and the people serving food. The staff was terrible, except for one person; the rest had a terrible attitude. The food was of very low quality, both at dinner and breakfast. On social media, it seems tempting, but when you try it, it feels plastic, old. The room was old, had a musty smell, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and the bathrooms were tiny, filling up with water when you tried to shower. For the price, which is not the cheapest in the area, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Incredible space, with wood and structure with a lot of potential to be an incredible and valued hotel, but currently is with a completely old physical structure, no new paintings, change of doorstep, all forgotten as if the hotel was bankruptcy. Unfortunately neither the mattresses are saved, Mattresses already sunk and when asked to exchange, the employees unfortunately have nothing better to offer. It's switching from a bad one to a "less worse one". The only thing that is saved is the good care of the maids, room service and nature around the hotel. Unfortunately, I do not indicate to anyone.
