A pleasant experience from start to end. Friendly, welcoming Staff, Cicero, the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautifully set and decorated, at a perfect location, great meals, and attention to all details. It made our Iguazu Falls experience even more enjoyable. We loved it!

I went in June:2026 with my kids - our stay was good. The hotel area is good, spacious and renovated. The staff all very attentive, polite and friendly. Note 10 for the team. Very close to the birds park and the Brazilian waterfalls - we went to pe am both. Super close to the airport too. Some negative points: tight room, floor needs repair (too scratched and several points with “holes”, where the floor was sunk). The breakfast was very full, plenty of options and variety, but it was not tasty, left to be desired in many items in terms of taste. Cakes very dry, looked like ready cake, for example. On our first night, because we were far from the center we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant, bad decision, expensive price, bad food very insane, small portion. We ate very badly and I spent a $$$. I do not recommend. At the time of checkout we were charged for room service fee!?! that sincerely abusive, arrange room (which we requested only 1 time during the entire stay) and help with toilet is basic maintenance and should be built into the diary.
