Bristol Metropole Hotel

The hotel has huge rooms, the bathroom shower is great, hot water, the bed linen and towels are of quality. The air conditioner inverter works well, but in the bathroom there is no soap in the sink, just a bathtub. The TV in the room is quite large, with several options. We use the restaurant for dinner, the dishes are well served, with fair prices, the food is good, but without grace. Coffee hasn't gone yet. The garage has no access by elevator, only by stairs and is complicated. Mandatory the maneuver. Excellent location of the hotel.

What a terrible experience! We were kept awake by a drunk who was dragging furniture, yelling and wandering through the hallways. We alerted the team at 2:00 and 4:00 a.m., but the situation continued all night and they did nothing. We talked to the manager the next morning, which was completely useless. They offered an upgrade as compensation, no refund, and said they were very sorry. Bad choice.
