The time we spent at the hotel was very good, and the staff were the icing on the cake, especially the attendant Joseane, who was a lovely person and helped us a lot. For sure, we'll be back!

I constantly stay at this hotel and the service is always very good, with a lot of courtesy from the staff. Darlene is always very attentive. The maid Terezinha impeccable in room care. And also Dayane in the care of the food and keeping everything in order in the buffet.

Very nice hotel, organized, staff with hospitable service, clean and odorless room. But in the middle of 2026, a hotel charging R$ 5.00 for 1 spoon 🥄, does not match the Bourbon brand, which is recognized as a very good brand. Not everything is personal money. A simple, negligible fee like this goes totally against the synonym of hospitality. Furthermore, the academy might not close at 10 PM. There are people who have other schedules and routines. In our case, the event started early and ended at 9:30 PM, leaving no time to use the gym (which is a health issue).
