Pousada Golfinho

Bad experience! Uncomfortable bed to the point of impeding sleep (I woke up with pain pq the mattress is hard and unleveled. But the worst point was the lack of education from the lady who welcomed us, Maria. We arrived at the guesthouse at 7am to check in and we stayed 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up, we sent a message to the number we found in a notice, and we did not get a reply. So I decided to go into the back of the hostel to look for someone, it was then that this lady appeared complaining about the schedule and saying that the check-in ended at 5:00. I explained that we were on a tour and that I did not receive any communications with this time, so she continued our check-in in a bad mood. The next day, at breakfast, my friend ordered another tapioca, because she is lactose intolerant and is on a restrictive diet due to intestinal problems and Maria replied again in a rude way that “this would be the last tapioca pq she had already made many tapiocas for our group and the maximum of tapiocas are 2 per person”. My friend said that then I didn't have to tapioca and at the end of the bills we paid for RUDE CARE, to sleep badly, and go hungry! Anyway, if I had read any evaluation like this I would not have been through it, I am leaving my report.

The Pousada Golfinho is located in the village of remedies, near the bar/dog beach, noronha fort (fort of remedies), bar/strand of the middle, churchjinha. We did a lot of programming walking. The guesthouse delivered very well what we sought, according to our program, which was to walk the day and night and be able to sleep well. So we had, a good breakfast, Wi-Fi, a room with a good bed, air conditioning working well, electric shower, for those who like, working well, fridge bar working well and TV. The hostess, Laís, very helpful and friendly as well as his employee, Mrs Maria, who organizes the rooms and breakfast. I will come back more often!

I stayed 4 days in the guest house, very good, cosy, very well located, in the heart of Noronha. Clean rooms, great breakfast, balcony at the entrance of the house spectacular, humanized and quiet service. I will come back more often because I felt at home!
