Enotel Hotel

Dirty rooms without maintenance.

The room we got was spacious, simple, and with little furniture. The beds were not very comfortable for a 5-star hotel. The pools are very good and have a lot of variety for adults to enjoy and for children to have fun. The buffet food was tasty and varied; there were even some dishes and desserts that we found very delicious, but we felt they did not match the level of other 5-star resorts in Brazil that we have visited from the Grand Palladium and Iberostar chain. We went on vacation in July and there were a lot of people; we had to wait in line to serve ourselves food, and at times they took a while to replenish it. We went to the Italian themed restaurant and it disappointed us; the portions were very small and they offered only one dessert that was not very tasty. After that, we did not want to go to any other themed restaurant and opted to have dinner at the buffet every time. The drinks and coffees they prepared at the lobby bar were very good. The service from most of the staff was poor; they served you without enthusiasm, in some cases as if it were a bother to them, but there were some exceptions, for example, a lady who made the tapiocas was very kind to me, and the lady who cleaned the room was very polite. The beach in July was windy, the water was a bit cold and rough, but we were still able to enjoy the beach and get into the water, especially on sunny days. Compared to other resorts, it was easier to find lounge chairs by the pool. On the beach, there were always lounge chairs and umbrellas available. They set them up for you on the spot, but sometimes we had to wait a while for the staff to appear to set them up.
