Experience summary: disappointment. It will be difficult to summarize, so I will be objective. - Cleaning: terrible. Towels were not changed at the recommended frequency, there was no broom in the room and the quality of bed linen was poor. The towels are very thin, so they were soaked. - Service: breakfast and afternoon snack had been recommended, things ran out at the cafe and were not replaced (Ex. On the 31st the tapioca ran out and until the 2nd it was not replaced, as the inn is next to a grocery store) . On the first day I asked about afternoon coffee, and very rudely they told me that they didn't have any of that. I have an audio of the person I treated talking about coffee and cake in the afternoon, and they said there was nothing there at the time. - Room Structure: the furniture and beds were in poor condition. The MDF furniture was peeling, and the beds had torn “leather”. - Structure: on the 31st at 5pm there was a power outage in part of the inn, where only 3 rooms were without power and among these 3, 2 rooms were in which I was with my group. We waited until 8pm for a position, and they were waiting for the electrician. He arrived and said that the problem was not with the inn but with the city, and no one informed us of this, I had to go and ask at 9pm. In short, no power and no support from the inn. I asked them to refund that night as I was going to another location or to provide us with a night in another location as ONLY our room was without electricity, and we received ZERO attention! ignored by the manager via telephone (Patrícia). Finally, we will do another review of the second bedroom, but just to give you an example, we even found a package of used CONDOMS under the bed (and no, it wasn't ours.) Unfinished walls, unreplaced carpet... anyway, sad for the amount paid ! Positive point: friendliness of the kitchen girls and Patrícia (receptionist).

Had a great five nights at this pousada. The owner, Walter, was there to greet us when we arrived and personally made sure we were comfortable and having a good time. Breakfast was great. Awesome selection of tropical juices. Easy walk to town. Would definitely recommend.
