Nannai Muro Alto Beach Resort

The resort is excellent but the service is poor. The restaurant where you eat breakfast every day is the worst mistake in the place. A complete disaster the restaurant, despite all the negative reviews, I went and everyone was right. The bad education they manage in this place exceeds all limits. Breakfast has ca variety and is expensive. The waiter insulted me low thinking I didn't speak her language just because I was waiting to place an order while she was on the phone, (I never interrupted her, I just waited for her to finish speaking). At breakfast there is a tapioca and omelette station that if they attended breakfast good way would be the only thing that would lift the place, but the lady who makes tapioca attends with a bad energy that does not make you want to go order. The first day he left me waiting at the counter and went for coffee, and I waited two minutes and went to sit down, he came back after 10 minutes, when there are people lining up, he leaves them waiting for a while to get tired and leave. I do not recommend this place, there are other restaurants that provide l revived morning coffee that are worthwhile and nearby.

I thought it was a hotel, resort as puts on the destruction, more and simply a condominium, reception simply says that can not solve their problem only with the owner, very poor service, asked for a portion in the pool took 2hrs, then I went there and canceled they did not even question, employees with ugly face. Very good leisure area, good apartment, more need to improve much customer service, I would not return.
