Serrambi Resort

We had a good experience at Serrambi Resort. But with some negative points to highlight. One of them was the smell of sewage in the suite we were in. It was very strong. We complained twice about the issue, but unfortunately, during our entire stay the problem was not resolved. The food is good too. But we don't like sweets/ desserts. They were not friendly and the presentation was not good. Breakfast has plenty of varieties, with pancakes, tapiocas and omelettes made on time. I missed a toy school. There were some outdoor sliding toys, but at night the Kids club was closed, and as we went in a time when it is common to rain at night, there is no covered place option for children with toys like slider, ball pool and others that they usually have in a closed place. There was a game room, but for a small child (3, 4 years old), it wasn't good. We also found the hotel poorly lit. Our room was in an end of the hotel that had no lighting except the balcony of the room. In front of the hotel is the beach of Serrambi which is perfect for children. Calm down. Great to see the little fish from close. Overall, we like the experience, as the positive points outweighed the negative ones.

This was the second time we stayed in this true Pernambucan paradise, and the experience managed to be even more surprising than the first one. The family and extremely welcoming atmosphere of the resort made the days unforgettable for me, for my wife and for our two teenage children. Since our arrival, we were embraced by an exceptionally well-prepared hospitality team, very polite and with an unparalleled readiness to help in every detail. I would like to extend our most warm congratulations and a special thanks to Valdomiro and Inácio. The excellent leadership and coordination they exercise on the hotel dynamics and on the staff is remarkable. The always attentive look and genuine affection in dealing with the guests are so fantastic that the feeling we have is that we are re-encountering longtime friends. To crown the experience at the resort and make the experience of staying here even more impeccable, we could not help but praise the excellent recreational team. They perform wonderful and contagious work, with engaging activities designed for all ages. Our teenagers, in addition to the whole program, took great advantage of the great playroom, while we noticed that, for families with small children, the Clubinho offers a fantastic and safe space for the fun of the youngest. And to perpetuate all this joy, the work of the photography team is simply spectacular, recording every smile and every scene with an unparalleled professionalism and sensitivity. The structure and nature surrounding the resort deserve all praise. The opportunity to walk around the hotel and find rabbits, tucans and araras harmoniously released by the environment is a wonderful experience that brings us a fantastic connection with nature. The privileged location on the "scene" of the coast provided us with the best of both worlds: on the one hand, we spent wonderful moments exploring the vast extent of beach with natural pools formed by corals, where we could observe small fish; on the other hand, we enjoy delicious sea baths in a quiet beach area. In addition to all these natural beauties, the services and leisure infrastructure raises the stay to another level. For those who do not give up the well-being, the existence of an excellent gym, fully air-conditioned, very well equipped and with an inspiring view to the sea, is an attraction apart. The facility and availability of transportation in the hotel van brought much more comfort to our locomotion. For the moments of adventure, the water walks with boats, strategically located in the resort complex itself, are a formidable differential, allowing you to explore the wonders of the coastal region with total convenience. In terms of gastronomy, our expectations were exceeded in all meals. The food offered is rich, varied and of very high quality, proving to be another of the resort’s great strengths. Finally, the resting moment at the end of each day was perfect. We always returned to the rooms impeccably clean and very well taken care of by the entire staff of waiters. The very cozy environment, the comfortable beds and the stunning view of the sea gave us the peace needed to recharge the energies. Wonderful! Wonderful stay impeccable breakfast and dinner.variety at dinner exceptional,.. shrimp, lagoon, Lula, pizza in wood oven, variety of salads and desserts. From inside the room with exceptional sea views, very comfortable beach chairs, all wonderful! Super recommend!
