We stayed for 11 days, the room those few times it was cleaned, it was towel change and 1 time washed the bathroom in 11 days, sink and dirty mirror, the room never washed, yellowed sheets, bed never made properly, most of the time he hung the sheet below and the one above folded and resting on the bed, so I had to do it myself, the waitress spent time on her cell phone instead of working, we gave him 10 euros tip to entice her to do better, minimal and decent breakfast, very small restaurant room and often only standing places, restaurant staff very attentive and helpful to what was missing from the buffet. Cleanliness don't know what it is

Poor hotel, we arrived in the early morning, with two reservations, had no room, my daughters stayed in a room without light, the other day put in another room, but did not open the door, my daughters stayed in the room with us, besides being old, and smelling bad.

The hotel positively surprised me, especially considering the critical reviews I had read. The room I stayed in was quite spacious, with well-preserved furniture and an excellent view to the beach. The bathroom had a strong jet shower and hot water, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was good, although it could have been a little more varied. The location is another strength — you can walk to the beach, there is a Carrefour right in front and several restaurants nearby. As downsides, I highlight the absence of free parking (the car needs to be left with the hotel manager, at the cost of R$ 15,00 per day) and the cleanliness of the pool, which could be better.
