The location of the hotel is good. The rooms are spacious, but the bed and bath material could be better. Another weak point was the cleanliness of the rooms and the environment left to be desired. In addition, the breakfast is simple and with little variety. Very expensive parking! I'm not going back!

My check-in experience was extremely unpleasant, mainly due to the receptionist's service. He was rude, impatient and treated my husband with contempt from the very first minute. My husband, who is a TEA carrier, did not immediately understand the question about the name of the reserve. He answered “John and Mary” (fictitious names), because I myself had said it could be in any of our names. The attendant, with a clear expression of irritation and tiredness, responded in a tone of deboche: “The full name of the Lord is John and Mary???” When my husband tried to explain by saying his full name “John...”, he was interrupted in a sharp way that I had never seen in my life with a “AH THAT!”, in a tone that made the contempt and irritation clear. Then, when he found out that the reservation was in my name, he still said, in an absolutely unnecessary and gross way: “I would never find in her name, it is in her name.” And that was just a summary, there were other rough speeches throughout the attendance. My husband was so embarrassed that he asked me not to comment on anything with the management, nor touch the subject during the trip, even if I wanted to complain at the time. This shows how invasive and disrespectful the situation was to him. Seeing my husband being treated like this deeply touched me. It was like a punch in the stomach. And I want to make it clear: he doesn't have to wear a collar, bracelet, or any TEA ID to deserve respect inside a hotel. Education and empathy should be the minimum. Now about the hotel itself: It is an extremely simple and careless accommodation with numerous problems of cleaning and structure. Right in the first bath I went to take, I saw hair sticking to the walls of the box, which clearly shows that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom had mold, the box was whitened by accumulated body fat and the wooden furniture also featured mold. The bedding was simple and solid, and the “white” was no longer white for a long time. The towels, which also were already loaded when we arrived, caused me disgust, and that never happened to me in any hotel. I ended up borrowing new towels, and they denied me, saying they only changed every two days. I just haven't been barefoot at any time in the room, of so much grief from the floor. The elevator has no sensor: if you don't get in fast, it closes at you. This is dangerous and unacceptable. The wifi stopped working on the first day, the rest of the 6 days I was without internet. And still missed water for a day. Like I haven't been bad enough anymore... I had to use another host's dirty room to at least brush my tooth. Shady! Honestly, I've never been so poorly hosted in my whole life. With all this, still the worst was the care. Due to the lack of preparation, patience, cordiality and professionalism, I do not recommend the hotel and do not intend to return, not even for savings.

When I booked, I saw negative reviews about the hotel. Our experience was excellent, the hotel is excellent, large room and elevators with day-to-day maintenance. Breakfast may improve a bit, but it's good. Employees are polite. I recommend!
