Hotel Do Bosque Resort

I was recently at the hotel, the accommodation is ok, but the care leaves much to be desired and the water is painful when opening the tap it gets yellow, I had to brush my teeth with mineral water, until the filter water that they provide is yellow and this same water is made to cook and hygienize the food ... just so it is worth the tip to stay away

I was looking where to spend the New Year I encountered with Hotel do Bosque note that they had many unfavorable reviews. To my surprise and happiness was not what I found. I just returned from New Year's package with my wife and my two children of 14 and 8 years old. We stayed in the upper apartment I found the size very nice and functional and with details to have a beautiful view to the river and pool. I loved the kayaking experience in Rio. The structure on the beach works perfectly both chairs and new beach tents and in large quantities everyone can sit with peace. I found the frequency also very good absolutely familiar. Another fact that caught my attention was that unlike the read in the Tripadvisor reviews I found all of its friendly staff had no problem of any nature all doing the possible to turn our road into a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back

We stayed at the hotel from 12 to 14 December. It was our second made. The first out 6 years ago . The resort has a considerable distance from RJ. It has a very beautiful green area. A very nice pool that can be used until very late at night ( 23h) since it was quite hot. We opted for a luxury suite , front river . Room of good size and fair. Beach area with free ferry transportation is also legal. Structure of the beach features bar, sun loungers and most of the time, calm sea. It's worth it. This time , the negative point was the lack of empathy of the employee who was at the bar on Saturday 13/12 at night . My wife was with my daughter in the bedroom sleeping and took the card from the room as well as the consumption. I went to try to buy only 2 waters and the bar employee denied me, informing that without room or consumption card, it would not be possible, even I providing my identity. I found it absurd , such a lack of empathy , a completely retrograde attitude , since we 're in the information age . Employee still deboched and said that the next day for me to complain with the manager. But I did not shake myself, I went to a large group that was there, and asked them for a water of courtesy, since they were with a cooler with various drinks 😆😆. That was the low point and that disaboned my stay.
