Disgusting. Two days they never cleaned the room!! We talked to the janitor and they told us we had to complain x this medium.... Q more we can say angry and nobody solves anything!! They laugh in your face... no one solves your problem and I pay six nights of which I have to go

The place is beautiful. Amidst nature and facing the sea. The beach of the Turtle is accessible by a trail. Great place for those who want to shut up and have a little peace. Small attitudes could make all the difference. I felt very insecure in the hostel. Access is made by a dark, deserted street. The gate of the street is open all night and anyone enters. Just like the gate to the beach. Anyone opens and enters quietly. One day, returning from the beach, I realized that the storage room left the door of my room open. Fortunately, nothing disappeared. The breakfast is pretty weak. An orange juice would make a difference. They should put a veil under the food that is available to flies all the time. To complete, I was subjected to a tremendous embarrassment.. I was with bread in hand during breakfast when a kitchen employee approached me asking if I was going out on that date. By saying yes, she told me in a loud and good tone that I would not have the right to coffee. Now, where has ever seen the day of checkout not having the right to coffee?? I called the management and they apologized to me saying the same was wrong. There were other guests and I was very embarrassed. When I checked out the employee said the management was evaluating giving me a diary of courtesy. I never got called again. Not even to apologize. Unfortunately it's a beautiful, poorly managed place.
