I'm not coming back and I don't recommend it. The value charged is not in line with the service received. Upon arrival at the inn we are informed that due to a booking error our room (family suite with 4 beds, I needed 2 beds) had been reserved and we did not have it, so we are changed to a room with 1 double bed and bathroom. Faced with my disagreement they had no problem telling me that I could go find other accommodation. Buzios high season. Collapsed tourists!!! All wrong. I asked to speak to the owner or manager and they refused. Theoretically they weren't at the inn. I am looking for other accommodation and magically the problem with the reservation was solved so I was able to make use of the suite booked in due course. All very weird. The inn is nice and comfortable, but there are many details to keep in mind. In the suite there are missing glasses, a piece of furniture to store clothes, soap in the shower and especially the shower door. Which made the whole bathroom wet. I claimed it and I still wait.. We bathed in cold water the whole stay. The towels are mostly stained. If you don't ask, they won't change them. Wifi is not good. It has long cuts and if you depend on that for work it gets complicated. Breakfast is pretty poor. Well-diluted fruit juices. I didn't get to taste the typical orange juice all week. The inn mentions being 800 meters from Playa Brava and 650 meters from the center. It's not true, you're no less than 1200 meters from each place and on top of a nose. It's a nice surprise if you're on foot. It has a beautiful and spacious solarium overlooking the coast. It is completely wooden ideal for you to burn your feet. The pool with murky water and hair. The pool bar isn't working. It's in the process of being built. The staff at the inn are super friendly and respectful. In short. A beautiful place pessimally managed where they do not seek to give good service, but only to raise money.

The only positive thing is the view, it is also because it is on a hill, you have to climb 5 very steep blocks. The hotel has many deficiencies, hygiene, lack of hand and bathroom towels. They did room service and did not leave paper or towels (we had to ask for them at reception) and there were none left since they are changed every two days. In the bathroom there is no soap dish in the shower or where to put toothbrushes. Has exposed wires over the shower. The double bed sheet was one on top, because they didn't have it when we arrived, we asked to change it, they didn't do it all week. Very worn, very thin pillows. There was no water in the fridge (which is damaged) when we arrived, since it is a remote place, to buy something you have to walk six blocks. The window does not have a lock. They charge 4 reais for a thermos of hot water. Very basic breakfast, little variety in a week. The pool is small and flat. The photos don't tell what it really is. For all this, nothing recommended.

Very cozy guesthouse, very well looked after and clean, my children didn't want to leave, everything was excellent. Full breakfast, privileged view, fragrant and clean rooms, close to the city center. I recommend
