This is the oldest hotel in Buzios, which already makes it special. Although its facilities are not the most modern, it is very well maintained (painted and clean) and you can see that the pool was recently renovated. Both the attention and its privileged location, with direct access to the beaches of Joao Fernandez and Fernadhino, are unbeatable. The view of our room gave us beautiful sunsets, the possibility to sleep with the sound of the sea and wake up with sighting of sea turtles. A dream. Anyway, I would note that the hotel has many stairs and is located far from the center. The distance is easily walkable for young people (wear good shoes) or to do with Uber. I would not recommend it for people with mobility problems or groups of more than four (because they would not get into a car). It seems ideal if you already know Buzios and choose the beach of Joao Fernandez which, for me, was one of the most beautiful.
As for breakfast, it is not something to highlight, but it also does not disappoint. The best thing is the quality of the breads and, again, the attention of the staff.
