Coronado Beach Hotel

Everything was excellent!! The best hotel in Buzios!!! Return more times

Old structure. They were working until 20:00 on a Saturday. Bathroom window in front of the hotel pool next door. I caught a rainy day, and the canopy was broken and water fell onto another plastic roof, it made a horrible noise all night in the room. Outside the parking lot which is of land and clay, in the rain turned pure mud. There is no illumination at night, making it difficult where to step because we are the ones who have to open and close the gate

We went to one of the most expensive rooms, or the most expensive, and that supposedly, was for 3 people so we expected it to be spacious. It was simply a size for 2 people to which a single bed was added. Through the window, made of wood, came a lot of noise and cold because it did not totally cover the opening. Breakfast is barely acceptable. Separate mention for the "heated" outdoor pool. We stayed 11 days and we could never bathe because of how cold the water was (and what we were told was on and to the maximum, although I doubt it very much and what I claimed 3 times). The staff: some very attentive, others not. It is noted that they should improve the maintenance of the hotel, especially in the rooms (to the meos in ours). In our entire stay we only saw 2 children bathing and a mother who left after 10 minutes because of how cold the water was. There are better hotels and for less price. Of course, who likes Joao Fernandez beach the location is excellent, just cross the street. The plus: the complimentary snack, basic but complimentary. We won't come back, nor do we recommend it.
