Hotel Pousada Mandragora

It is impossible to communicate with you Why can I communicate halfway? I tried by all means, the emails come back to me, the phones don't answer and the address in Buenos Aires tells me they're not there anymore. Could you please give me some communication data?

I URGENTLY need telephone/personal contact in Buzios and Argentina, from the "new owners" of the Posada La Mandrágora (fact not communicated to the undersigned), given that it is very deteriorated and I have been harmed by being the owner of several Timeshare Titles . Thank you.

We booked this hotel through our RCI program and couldn't be more disappointed.The hotel is severely out dated and although the manager told us that renovations were in progress, we saw no work being done during the whole week we stayed there. The professional pictures shown here must be from the few new rooms they have, not the ones facing the street (most of them). The first room they gave us was dark, the walls were probably white in another lifetime, as well as the bedding, pillows, shower towels and curtains. All really old and stained. There was termite droppings falling over the bed...With that, we asked for another room. The second room was slightly better, but the conditions of the bedding, towels, curtains, etc was the same. The balcony was really dirty and when it rained, it had several leakages, so... not useful as a balcony. The floor had wholes and you could see the electric conduits in it. I've been visiting Búzios since I was a child, but now, as a RCI member, we chose this hotel and is sad to see. Hopefully RCI will enroll some other hotels in the city, one of the most beautiful places to visit in Brazil. The other option is really far away from the beaches. As for the location of this one, it's not on the beach, but if you rent a car, you won't have problems getting to the beach. There is a good bakery nearby for breakfast, pharmacy, small markets...
