La Boheme

My experience was bad because of the lack of communication and respect in the care during breakfast. Breakfast is served from 8am, but the menu itself informs the possibility of ordering coffee and tea. When making this request in the kitchen, I was rudely treated by an employee, who said that the machines only worked from 8am and that they could not sell me a coffee or even provide me a cup. The most unpleasant was not the rule of the schedule itself, but the way everything was conducted. In the end, the employee even knocked on the door of the room, which demonstrated a total lack of cordiality and respect for the guest. I understand that hotels have rules and schedules, but this needs to be communicated with education. The suggestion remains that the team be better oriented, because this type of posture greatly compromises the experience.

We stayed with my mom from 12/23/25 to 1/3/26 at the Pousada. We loved the place, the view, the facilities, the proximity to the silver Joao Fernandes and the cuisine and the restaurant prices. While, as in all of Buzios, there are climbs , descents and many stairs, the Pousada offers a cart to go to the top of the property. My mom's almost 80 years old and walking with a cane. And it was perfect. The restaurant kitchen is very good, and the prices significantly lower than those of the beach stalls just below which are dubious hygiene. Breakfast is plentiful and stocked, fruits always look fresh and planning too. The rooms have air conditioning, we touched one with a perfect balcony to have mate looking at the sea. The vegetation is lush and wonderful and the gardens very well maintained. All sincerely excellent and surely we will return. But the most wonderful thing about the Boheme is its work team. I am very short in expressing how well we were treated, with professionalism, joy, good humor , affection and attention to detail, even more in a busy time, high season. Thank you wholeheartedly for how you have treated us, with dedication , kindness and affection, with attention to detail and always a smile. I went to Buzios with my husband and 3 kids and it worked fantastically. No luxury but the truth is that both the service and the location is excellent. The beach is downstairs, the pool is rich and the restaurant tb very good. They deliver towels for the beach and you can renew them every day.. the only "bad" thing was that we got a night with a LOT of wind and the windows were not well sealed then it was very windy inside. Other than that, it was bad luck x weather, excellent.
