Very good structure, wonderful view. Pool and common areas clean. Very close to the street of the stones.

Employees are extremely poorly educated. Except the evening receptionist who is very friendly and helpful. Outside of this the other employees are unelegant I heard a cleaner shouting with a guest by her questioning why was not arranged her room being that from the morning at the time I arrived was at his door to the cleaning request the girl (worker) was complaining saying that only cleaning until such an hour that did not make sense because as I said was already there from early morning request for cleaning. After she got complaining very loud that I heard inside my room she was talking that she was not going to do certain things and that was not required etc very boring luck that almost all guests do not speak Portuguese. Then I noticed that the bathroom was dirty with stools that were hard in the shower i.e. it was old dirt and the room flooded because the shower did not close had to turn off the water from the whole bathroom at some point I turned on to wash my hands or brush my teeth I forgot to turn off when we returned the room was flooded. Since there was no one cleaning the boy from the reception went there to dry everything but today I had a bad time and my mother asked a woman from Vânia to clean and she delivered a Mop for her to clean the room which I found embarrassing and unnecessary the form of communication I stayed with my daughter down here and the staff were commenting very loudly about our situation which left me extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. Very sad we invest so high in a walk and be received this way without telling that when we arrived no one received us we stayed hours waiting for someone to attend us. The pool does not seem to be cleaned often I understand that here there is a tree but it is a lot of insect and dirt. The bathroom always gets very bored because I believe they just arrange the room as the employee herself commented. Not Indian.

I made the reservation without looking into the hostel's reputation. After check-in and when I encountered the conditions of the pausing I did a search on the internet and the impression I had is that all the problems are recurring, persist for years and there is no intention of the responsible to correct them. Among them, the following are highlighted: dirty pool, precarious breakfast, lack of vigilance on site, absence of staff at the reception, in addition to the place of the guesthouse being in difficult access, top of a hill and to access has to climb a quite steep slope.
