In addition, I warned, since my arrival, that I would make a day's anticipation at my check-out, and, so far I am being pushed by the guesthouse, and by Booking, for the execution of my departure, which actually happened a day and a half before the already paid reservation. The employee present at the time of my departure, confessed that there was no consummation in the room, however, the same, and supposedly manager, to the phone, Mr. Rodrigo, I was informed that they would not check out, only with the contact of Booking, which informs me that you can not contact the hostel!!!! So, I'm still without a solution to what happened. I await brief positioning, to look for the appropriate measures. I usually come to Buzios with a certain frequency, and it is very common to find guesthouses where the rooms do not have the same standard, some good others dated, problems with hot water and the smell of sewage in the bathroom, poorly cleaned room, bedding of the exercise of salvation, unprofessional staff, and disproportionate price. from the experience of the host. now, think of a guest house where everything works, everything clean, professional and friendly receptionist. limpinha pool, very good breakfast, has everything. and even the price not being cheap is perfectly appropriate. it was worth the last penny. finally ..
