Pousada Mar de B

Upon arrival, unfortunately, we realized that the accommodation did not meet expectations: 1) one of the bed legs was broken and when my mother sat down, the bed collapsed; the hosts asked us to go out for a walk while they fixed it; 2) the two-story room adjoins the reception, there is only one door separating them, and on the other side, the downstairs room adjoins the dining room through a window, it has practically no privacy; we asked to be moved to another room and they told us there was no availability, however, during the days we were in Buzios we did not see anyone moving about the inn. Finally, faced with our annoyance, THEY OFFERED TO REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY and we looked for another inn very close by from where we could see that they had no guest movement. To this day, more than a month has passed, they still have not returned the money and do not respond to WhatsApp. I contacted Cielo, the company that technically handles the refund, and they told me there is no cancellation request, which means I was scammed. I do not recommend booking at this place. In case they refund my money, I will delete this comment; otherwise, I hope it helps those who are thinking about booking.

Simple, clean, very comfortable inn with a location that makes it perfect. The best? the cafe da manha. Complete, very rich, looking at the sea in praia do Armacao, and an incomparable Brazilian music background. Open to the public for breakfast, don't miss it.

It is a wonderful 5 out of 5 excellent location, very good breakfasts , the attention was very nice from all the members, they made you feel at home and willing to help you always! We'll be back!
