I booked this property for February and requested a date change to April on January 4 after our plans changed. The property did not respond until January 16, when they declined the request without explanation and charged the full amount for the original dates. Brazil has a 7-day cancellation protection period, and by waiting to respond until after that window had passed, the property removed any option to cancel under that law. Multiple calls during business hours went unanswered, and messages sent via WhatsApp received only automated responses. If your plans might change or you expect basic communication from a property, be cautious when booking here. I would not stay here again.

Very well located guesthouse, it is a maximum of 10 minutes walk to Ferradurinha beach and about 5 minutes to Geribá beach. Very friendly and attentive host, very attentive and capricious employee. Arriving in the room I was enchanted by the smell of the towels and bed linen, they were very fragrant, I loved the neatness and organization of the room. Room with air conditioning and also a ceiling fan. Bathroom and bedroom very well decorated. The energy of the inn is light and welcoming. The breakfast was simple and delicious, prepared with great care by the guesthouse employee. Pool rated 10, my daughter loved it. I will definitely return to Búzios and return to the guesthouse with my family.
