Hotel La Brise

Well located, close to the beach. Quieter region, but close to the badalacia. Good room, very spacious, with great balcony. The bathroom is good, but urgently needs renovation. It looks bad. Good bed, no pillows, but the sheets are wonderful. Well birds, smelly and looks new. Regular coffee. Well options, but a lot was missing, for example: the watermelon was done (when I went down to the coffee only the last slice was left), there was no orange juice because the oranges were done. Cheese bread tasty and hot, but the quiche was dry and cold. Very good outdoor indoor area, with pool, gardens, lawn and varies chairs with only sun or in the shade. Good reception service and Dani was all the time a sympathy, with lots of interesting tips for tours or places to dine.

Our experience with the hotel la brise was definitely the worst lodging experience we've ever had! Right at the check-in we were extremely badly received by the girl who was at the reception who was already saying, with quite grossness: “I am filling out the sheet there to advance” and all the questions I made for her she responded: “Better you take a photo there from the paper of the rules to not forget why you do not have one of these in your room”. Upon arrival in the room, we were surprised by a strong and unbearable smell of those disinfectants that it uses to wash canile; in addition, the room urgently needs a renovation, with broken parts inside the box. The image and impression that passes is dirt. At the reception, there is an aquarium that drops a water. It is obvious that it hasn't been clean for a long time; all whitened and dirty. And speaking of dirt, in the 3 days we stayed there we did not clean up the room even once. Breakfast is bad, coffee weak like tea, tables with a glass on top that pass the image of poor hygiene. As for the pool area, I did not even have the courage to go due to the bad impression that the hotel went through throughout the rest of the experience. The price charged for the daily does not pay! We left the hotel and went to a competitor who charged us half the price and the experience was amazing! If you’re looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay in a cold cable, don’t choose the La Brise hotel.

My stay at Pousada La Brise was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Me and my family stayed from 20/12/2024 to 23/12/2024 in room 111, and the service was simply shameful. On the 22/12 day, I left the room keys in the morning, in addition to hanging the cleaning request notice on the door, expecting the minimum of care and organization. Upon returning in the late afternoon, the room was exactly as we left: garbage filled, wet towels and rugs from the bedroom and the bathroom in poor conditions, since it is beach area. As I headed to the reception, where there was an employee named Matthew, I made the complaint and demanded arrangements. The manager, Márcio, was present and heard everything, but absolutely nothing was done. No action was taken to correct the problem. Faced with this failure, I myself had to take out the garbage from the room and go to the laundry to request clean towels. To my surprise, I was informed that there were not enough towels. We were three guests, but only two were delivered to me, which were visible in the laundry and were only given after insistence. I spent three nights in this hostel without the room being cleaned even once! The failure of the staff and the total lack of organization and hygiene demonstrate the unpreparedness and disrespect towards the guests. This is outrageous and unacceptable. I will never recommend Pousada La Brise to anyone. If you're thinking about staying here, run away! There are many other options that will surely offer a basic service and respect you as a customer, which this guesthouse clearly does not.
