This must be the worst hotel I have stayed in under the marriott brand. And this is definitely not a 5 star luxury hotel - not by any standards. Maybe 2 star! . We only got to check in after waiting...

Nothing wrong with the room but the hotel’s service left a lot to be desired. I have medicines that need to be kept cool but it took three visits to reception and two days before the broken fridge...
