Ok

I recently stayed at this hotel for my 7 days vacation. The staff at the front desk and in the lobby went above and beyond to ensure I a had a superb stay, and I sure did. I would like to give a special shout out to Rodrigo, Micheal, Frank and Quezia. They were super helpful in my time of need. Thank you all for making this a memorable, amazing and remarkable experience. You all truly made the difference. The housekeeping team also did and awesome job. I will be sure to tell everyone about my great experience there.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very varied and very delicious. The room was okay. However, the rooms did not have soundproofing, since you could hear what they were talking about in other rooms, and the footsteps from the second floor were heard very loudly. On the other hand, in the bathroom there was a strong smell of food, which apparently came from the hotel kitchen.

Bad experience. I traveled with my husband and 1 child. Rooms with mattress, pillows and air conditioning filter dirty, stained, dusty. To the point of leaving us all with an acute crisis of allergic rhinitis and headache. The toilet sink was clogged. The box didn't close right flooding the whole bathroom when we took a bath. When checking in we were informed that we could order the room by 21:00. At 19:30 we called to order a portion of fried potatoes and was informed that they could not meet pq had only 1 employee in the kitchen. The breakfast very weak, with a dubious appearance. The egg mixed with a bad appearance, dried/with green spots, very ripe (passed) papaya, dried cake, fresh cheese swimming in the whey. A total disaster. As for the location of the hotel, it is in the center of Rio de Janeiro, so it was the q we expected. No surprises at this point. Definitely do not recommend and will not come back.
