Old hotel.
Bar closed within the notified opening hours.
They didn't make themselves available to provide cutlery so I started the food received from iFood, pq didn't have access to the kitchen....

Bad experience.
I made a two-bedroom reservation, I was with my wife and two teenage children, at the time of the reservation I asked for nearby rooms.
Then to check in we were waiting for more than an hour, between waiting for attention and then to register. After all the bureaucracy, we were placed in rooms on different floors claiming there was no availability.
When we arrived in the first room the air conditioning did not turn on, we contacted the reception and sent a technician who solved the problem.
When we arrived in the second room the air conditioning did not freeze, they sent a technician who said that the problem would be gas and would arrange to put gas in the device, and in this time was passing, after a lot of waiting and not having a solution I went to the reception to ask to change room, I was treated, but they sent me to a room that should be a couple but actually had three single beds, I went back to the reception and asked for a double room, I came to ask for the cancellation of the reservation and the return of money, then from nowhere in a magic pass appeared a room next to the other room that was already the rest of the family, detail, had previously said that there were no nearby rooms. In this room the air worked but the bathroom sink was clogged, to avoid more annoyances I left this part aside.
The hotel breakfast is very weak, little variety of things and bad replacement, an eternity to replenish hot milk.
They announce that there is garage availability, when arriving at the hotel I was informed that it would depend on the availability of places, only that their garage has a maximum of 15 places and the hotel must have approximately 90 rooms, that is, a minimum percentage of guests can use the garage. My car slept on the street.
For those who will participate in something close to the region of Imbetiba the hotel ends up being an option due to lack of competition, but I think I will hardly come back

Good room, with a good balcony in front of the sea, spacious, despite the damaged floor, shower pinging all the time and does not warm well depending on the time. The reception all attentive and caring. Now the worst of all is the breakfast, the two days I was staying there I had to complain. Coffee time from 06:00 to 10:00, I arrived at 9:00, had no dishes and cutlery, and everything in the remixed buffet and various items without replacement. The glasses arrived washed and all wet. I called the manager of the restaurant and said it is absurd to have to charge replacement, juice, always cold coffee, bread, musharrel, etc. I found the hotel with poor management. I can say because I stay in great hotels, such as "Ocean Palace in Natal", "Paradiso Peró Praia Hotel", Pousada Maria in Cabo Frio", "Nova Onda in Cabo Frio", etc....I found the low quality hotel for the price they charge and rating which is what I usually rate to book.
