Paraty Bed & Breakfast

We slept 6 nights in this place and our experience was excellent. It has a great location, delicious breakfast and cozy atmosphere. Her owner is a great person. Also you have the chance to take many tours in her agency.

We recently spent a couple nights at this quaint and charming bed and breakfast. The rooms were small but enough room to spread out your suitcase or even put things in the built in cabinets. There are only 2 rooms, we stayed in one and our daughters in the other so privacy yet togetherness. It's right in the middle of old town and walking distance to everything plus the owner runs a travel service out of the front office so can help with any tours or restaurant suggestions. Breakfast was plentiful , good selection of typical fruit, bread, meats, cheese and cereal. The open kitchen was pleasant and relaxing. Clean and inviting. Felt like home but with room service. Loved the little pad locks on the rooms and you got a key to the front door so you could come in at any time. Owner speaks english, was so nice and accommodating. Thanks for making our stay so unforgettable. If you like small, intimate and charming this is it!.

I found Paraty Adventure just walking around in the old city. I wandered in off the street. I told the agent there, Alessandra, that I was interested in doing some horseback riding, but I doubted that anything could be arranged on such short notice. I had already been in contact with other tour agencies and they had told me that I needed a minimum of two people to book a horseback ride. I was staying in Paraty by myself for the weekend only. Alessandra was amazingly helpful in setting me up for a horseback ride the next morning. She got on the phone and within five minutes, the ride was booked. Thanks to her I was able to make my wish come true. By the way it was one of the best horseback rides I have ever done. Gorgeous mountain scenery, disciplined horses, and the horse proprietor was excellent. A big, big thank you!
