Pousada Aguas de Paratii

I don't tell anyone to stay in this place! I'm indignant at the way my wife and I were treated. Air conditioned with dust and old, poorly renovated and poor quality sheets. We gave up the lodging. We had paid for pix and I was not refunded. They said they'd give it back and they didn't. Even asking many times by email, phone etc. I found an absurd lack of honesty and poor service.

A lovely hotel on the river bank in Paraty. Décor is lively and rooms comfortable. We had a problem with the car rental and a member of the staff went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast is lovely with a good variety and friendly staff. Will recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paraty.

Very good location: from the center of about 10mins by car, on foot there is local commerce (pharmacy, restaurants, bars, supermarket). The guesthouse itself has a top structure! Very well decorated, you notice the capricho in the details! It also has own parking. If you take a boat ride, as it gets down to the river, companies can pick you up there by boat. Place well quiet, quiet and seemed safe too, the guest house is quite large, large rooms too (at least what we stayed, was) with balcony, fridge bar, air conditioning, good bed and gas shower a delight! Wi-Fi works more or less Breakfast with a variety of colds and fruits, very good rabanada, juices, yogurts, 3 types of breads... well served! I really liked it! The owner is very friendly and attentive, as well as the Yure who stays at the reception. The point of improvement would be the cleanliness, not that it was all bad but, can improve well both in the rooms and bathroom as well as in the dishes and cutlery.
