I booked a luxury triple room by Booking. But the room I was assigned to is room 102 next to the reception. In the two days I stayed in the hostel, I asked to change room, but the only answer I received is that the hostel did not have other triple rooms available.
As the reception is practically on the sidewalk, from inside the room it was possible to hear the noise of cars and people passing through the street.
In addition, all the steps and conversations of each guest and staff member who entered or left the guesthouse, day and night, from 6 a.m. to more than midnight, were clearly heard.
To make it worse, almost in front of the room door, there is a kind of lounge where guests sit to smoke and chat.
