The inn is beautiful, but needs some maintenance. We stayed in a room on the ground floor, just off the common guest area. Lots of noise and people using our balcony space. We had to contact management to deal with this. The room needs maintenance, the bathroom was super moldy, with a musty smell, the shower had peeling wires. We couldn't bear to stay in this room, we requested a change and were promptly accommodated. In the other room, which was on the 2nd floor, it had much more space, large windows overlooking the river and better ventilation. However, at night, we noticed the unwanted visit of some bats. Unpleasant situation!
Otherwise, the service is good. Honest breakfast, with a beautiful view of the river, room cleanliness ok.
