Wonderful stay. The unique beauty of the landscape (closeness to the mountain, lush forest, natural water pool with waterfalls) with rooms and chalets well distributed with balconies and nets and from background to mountain! Large preserved forest and natural water pool and waterfalls by the property. The night sky is a separate spectacle. The guesthouse is very close to the entrance to the park (one of the headquarters) of the Serra dos Órgãos National Park. Really , you can walk . Breakfast well served and highlighted for the kindness of the staff and especially the David, always accessible, nearby, helping and giving tips. The League, owner, very dear too. Anyway, I really want to come back

We hired the revillion dinner for three people and paid a 50% sign, as of practice. However, we were surprised to charge additional drinks at the end of the party, because at no time we were informed that they were not included in the negotiated amount, despite having to pay R$ 900 for the event (in PIX!!!). We were not provided with clearer information about the route. Although we are guided by GPS to the destination, at a given moment the signal is lost. The poor conditions of the road on the final stretch, the lack of lighting and the early signalling about the hotel’s location on the way created unnecessary tension on board the vehicle. A prior warning, simple map or guidance on the loss of signal when closing the deal would have avoided this discomfort, which was not small. Finally, there was no countdown for the turn of the year, which made us have to ask each other if it was already midnight. Pathetic. The count is a central symbol of the Revelation and makes a difference in the collective experience. Life is made up of experiences. And for them sometimes you pay a good money. That they can improve the after-sales in the future.

Pousada Paraíso do Açu is located in a stunning natural environment, providing an immersion experience in nature. The staff are recognized for their cordiality and attention, ensuring a welcoming stay for guests. However, the hostel restaurant has some limitations. Dish options are limited and prices are high compared to served portions, which are small and may not fully satisfy guests. In addition, the wine list is restricted and the prices do not correspond to the options offered. In our experience, we felt that the portions were insufficient, which left us hungry. When we asked about the possibility of using external delivery services, such as iFood, we did not get a response from the team. In short, although the guesthouse offers a charming atmosphere and friendly service, it would be recommended that the restaurant review its menu and pricing policy to better meet guest expectations.
