I arrived at the hotel at the hardest time of my life. My son had a stroke. It was well received by Jailson. I am very grateful to him.

By far the worst experience of my life. There are so many disagreements with the consumer that assessing with one star I am still being generous in my assessment. First, the parking is difficult to access, which is in another building avulse the reception. To be able to put the car I always had to direct me to the reception and request the opening of the gate. In addition, there is a limited number of vacancies, that is, if you arrive late can not park. Second, the room was in another building, in front of the reception building, swimming pool, gym and breakfast, which made it even more difficult to access. That's not the worst. We were surprised when we arrived in the room with a tiny bathroom. There's a pilastra in the middle of the box and you just can't get right in, imagine opening your arms to bathe, besides the shower that spits water everywhere. It's impossible to take a bath. Still, I don't know what was on top of our room, but it was a noise during the night that trembled the wall and it was impossible to sleep. I called the reception and complained, I thought it could be a guest, but the noise was constant and it looked like a pipe or something. It's a pity that such a beautiful city has such a bad hotel, if that's what we can call it.

Hotel large, well located, its restaurant serves rich breakfast, also a good dinner; in the bedroom the beds are comfortable, it is all clean, air-conditioned quiet. I only regretted not having hooks spread around the room, behind the doors, after all, we were in 3 people and that bothered us a little, having no place to hang the clothes is boring. It's a tip to pay attention to that. I thank the care of Joailson, very friendly and helpful staff, and the waitress Felix, also very friendly with us. Anyway, if I return to Christmas, I will stay at Arituba again! 😉
