Scammers, sub rent rooms, reservation cancellation the same day as arrival. No solution or response

Hotel without maintenance we had to change rooms three times, terrible breakfast with no quality at all, food and drink without identification and without protection, tables without individual beds, air conditioning in one of the rooms dripped onto the bed, wetting the clothes and mattress, old sofas and full of stains, we finally ended up in a room with a rubber band to hold the spill. I booked a trip and came to Fortaleza at night, I couldn't stand so much neglect anymore.

Terrible bed, spring, sinks, looks like a hammock, destroys your spine, I don't recommend it, if you want it, it had a double bed, but two beds next to each other, poor breakfast, not even fresh tapioca will do, small cramped bathroom, space with excess furniture, unnecessary, can't even move around, expensive and bad. Coffee from 7 am, if you need to leave early for sightseeing you will be without it. Expensive and bad.
