D Beach Resort

The place is beautiful and comfortable, the food is good, but we had a problem in the air conditioning of the room that started leaking, wet the bed. On Saturday we asked two to take a look and the night we left, when we returned the air was still pinging, we had to move away the bed so as not to get wet and we spent the night with the air off. On Sunday we requested three more times, including the maid called asking for them to go see the air and they did not go. We had to put a garbage dump under the air so we didn't get water on the floor and it stayed until our check out on Monday. We were very disappointed, because we pay expensive daily and everything we consume there and there when we ask for a care they ignore.

This is my second stay at this hotel! Cozy place, but with limited accessibility. Restaurant with good food, but no vegan option on the menu. We were in 7 people, being two vegans. We ordered dinner in the hotel restaurant for 5 people and the 2 vegans ordered delivery. When the food arrived, the two were not allowed to join us because the food was not from the restaurant, even though they were drinking. I found them extremely rude. If you don't put options for everyone on the menu, you can't make these kinds of restrictions. The care of "some" employees tb leave much to be desired. But it's a pretty place!

I have only compliments, note 10. The care throughout the hotel, everything very clean, decorated, capricho in the details, great service by everyone, delicious coffee and finally, I only have compliments. Especially Themis, which was sensational.
