Littoral Varandas de Ponta Negra

I start by saying that I know Natal well I lived there 5 years .I chose this structure for its location 100 meters from the beach. I booked an apartment for 2 people with a nice terrace. On paper it looked very nice inside. I arrived and found an apartment apparently in order. Instead it is a neglected apartment. Dirty terrace il.pavement ruined, balcony railing all peeled , deckchairs and chairs on the balcony all broken and impossible to use .... bed mattress noisy and hard , clean sheets and towels Insufficiently I had to wait 5 days to have the change. Cute kitchen but no utensils after the complaint with the owner made me have some cutlery and 4 plates. Peeling walls , wifi only in apartment lockable closet , 6 days to be able to place our clothes . Broken safe. On the sixth day of stay we were still waiting for those who had to repair the closet. Many msgs with the owner, some arguments, little attention. I recommend the really nice place also the pool and the very nice garden great reception, but, if you book attention not app.208. I just hope that being a 'great structure the owner puts more attention and less neglect to this apartment.
