Natal Dunnas

I stayed with my daughters at Natal Dunas Hotel. This comment is about the restaurant, especially to praise and highlight the attention of Lázaro Barros and Tarcisio Vidal. Both were very attentive, friendly, and managed to communicate with us, as we are Argentine and do not speak their language. They went out of their way to serve us very cordially and always with great respect. Precisely, they managed to make our stay very good, and made us feel at home. Unfortunately, the reception staff did not stand out for their friendliness or for the intention of achieving any type of communication (they spoke a very fast and closed Portuguese). In short, the service from Lázaro and Vidal and David from the Maintenance area stood out positively, making it a pleasure for us to have dinner and lunch at the Hotel.

I had a good experience at the hotel. The service in the food/dining area is remarkable, especially Tarcisio Vidal and Lázaro Barros, who are always very helpful. Also David, from the maintenance department, for his good vibes, respect, and kindness. All of this contrasts with other people at the hotel who, I don't know why, don't say hello, and don't respond when I greet them or speak to them. Ultimately, it made me think it was because we were Argentine. It was not the same treatment as with the people I mentioned. Excluding the food and maintenance staff, I feel there is little initiative from the staff, especially at reception, with people who do not speak Portuguese. It is an area of the hotel that should be staffed with people who, AT LEAST, can understand basic phrases and questions. They are not bad workers, but the hotel could provide some training in that regard. The room cleaning is very good, also highlighting the wide cleaning window, which allows you to stay in the room a little longer, without rushing.
