Pousada Glamour

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and everything was in good working condition. The bed was comfortable and not too hard or soft. The Air conditioning worked great. The shower had great water pressure and the water was hot if desired. The location is very good for this section. It is 1 block off the beach to avoid all the traffic and people, but close enough to go enjoy the beach when desired. It is also only a few blocks from a street with some very nice restaurants. Easily walking distance. The pool is small, but very nice if you don't want to hassle with the beach. There are 3 parking spaces and only 1 night were all of them occupied during our stay. The breakfast is good. It was usually scrambled eggs in a chafing dish, so timing could play a factor in how fresh they were, although I got the impression the staff would cook some fresh if asked. There was also always some sausage dish. The cold table had cereal, several cakes, rolls and 2 or 3 fruit selections along with coffee and 2 fresh juice selections. Overall, breakfast was good, but not a gourmet feast by any means. The staff here was excellent. They helped us with every question and were very helpful with a problem we had regarding the dune buggy tour. (FYI, those tours are independent operators, scheduled through a service. If they find someone willing to pay R$5 more, they'll grab them and leave you waiting) Overall, this was a comfortable, clean place to stay at a very reasonable price in a good location. We had 2 rooms and would definitely come back again.

I returned to Pousada Glamour for a real two week vacation in September 2013 and I can't believe I am already back , this was my best vacation ever!! The staff is always helpful and if they don't understand you at first they will ask the assistance of Google traductor :-) Thank you Francesco for all your help and making me feel part of a family. This visit I was able to join the Buffet de Cafe de Manha ( Breakfast ) every day and boy was it good, a wide selection of fruits and joghurts plus a fresh omelette made just for me to accompany my roll. The room was perfect, I booked a 3 person room to have extra space and it turned out that i had a private deck of 60 square meters and even a private entry from the street directly to my room. Can't wait to stay here again in the Spring...

i stayed in June 2013 in Pousada Glamour, and it really has everything, its close to the beach, the people are super friendly and its very discrete and personal, i even had my own entrance directly from the street, so i don't have to pass by reception all the time. there is free wifi that works, shower and air-conditioning, more i don't need for my beach vacation .
