Safari Hotel

On the first day there were some items of the room broken (carton, carpenter) but soon was solved by the very attentive night staff. The next day, they asked if we really needed a maid in the room because we had arrived “yesterday” On the third day, when we went to bed we saw that the sheets stretched on the bed were dirty... we don't know if it was changed for the dirty or if it was already and it wasn't changed. Also several pancakes throughout the room, including inside the fridge bar. We signaled the reception (night) that offered us room change, we accepted but in the other room there were also cockroaches and the double bed were two single together. We preferred to stay in the room we were already and requested a cleanup but, when returning from the tour the other night, the dead cockroaches were still there 😅 On the last day, we found our memorial photo of one of the tours damaged. I contacted the reception which said there was no action on and gave me contact from the manager. The manager responded askingly, apologizing and said they would contact us to resolve the problem. But what was offered was a new photo in front of the hotel and not to recover my damaged. I chose not to perform. Positive points: very attentive night attendants! Breakfast looked fresh. Comfortable bed and air conditioning ok. Good location.

The hotel itself has a great location, breakfast well ok, and the staff very attentive. However, the part of the cleaning is very medium, in addition to having to change towels and sheets, all stained and with a dirty look, it is worth investing in these details.
