Hotel with old structure, the rooms need maintenance, they are very old, the internet in the apartments on the 4th floor at least, does not work! Good breakfast, very good reception service. But the rooms need to be improved!! And the carpets are actually stained as another person commented too!!

The pool is heated and spacious. I just won't give 5 stars for these situations that I believe the Staff can improve: We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and we used the pool every day, what caught our attention was that there were some guests jumping in the pools with a speaker on. We kept observing the situation because some employees were in the pool area several times and witnessed the situation and said nothing. There are several posters with the rules, but it would be interesting in cases like this if there was intervention from the hotel, given that this type of situation ruins the experience of the other guests. The second situation is that we were staying on the fifth floor, but the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room; there was only a signal near the elevator, and the lack of signal prevents the TV streaming channels from being used. Aside from the two points above, our stay was peaceful, and we plan to return soon.

The hotel is old this is no problem, the problem is the lack of maintenance
