Encantos Portal Hotel

IT IS WORTH READING BEFORE BOOKING!!! We arrived around 23:00, at the reception we already noticed the difference from the photos of the site to reality (they use the photos of the old administration when it was still organized), old furniture and dirty environment. Upon arriving in the room, my 5 month old daughter and I started sneezing with the strong mould smell, the room was pretty old. I complained at the reception and they moved us to another room which according to them was better, in this room we found: stained edredom, dirty floor, dirty curtain, broken air conditioning and the same smell of mold. The bathroom was unbelievable, it had hair all over the walls clung to the walls, the cap of the pot was sprinkled with stools and hair clung, the box full of mud all over. Because of the schedule we decided to stay that night because we had nowhere to go at that time and with a baby. I bought a new accommodation in another hotel for the other days. In the morning I searched for the reception and showed the photos that I also attached here, they made my checkout and gave me the tax bill of 1 daily promising to return the rest of the amount paid, until now they did not return me.

The place is clean and cozy The breakfast is amazing Excellent view The service is impeccable, are very kind Only the TV that didn't work I, the employee informed that he was in trouble that day, but the most hurts very good Parabéns.

Hotel very central, close to everything, super cozy and with delicious breakfast, but what I most pay attention was the reception and treatment of ADRIANO, super helpful and attentive collaborator, received me in an excellent way and always being available to help us with any problem.
