We arrived at the hotel and we were welcomed by Josiane, who took us to our room, we loved the receptivity. The breakfast comes with a variety of foods, not to mention the delicious strawberry pie, from Mrs Cecilia, which is always sought after by the guests. The room is very cozy and smelly and the other environments are also beautiful.

Excellent cost benefit! Very good breakfast! Location close to the center on quiet street! Lovely experience, we will come back more often!

I would like to congratulate the entire staff of Hotel Querência, we had a sensational attention from all the staff, all super polite, always with a smile on the face, respectful, attentive, friendly. In addition, I would like to exalt the affection of Dona Cecilia with all the guests, always putting themselves at your disposal and caring for the well-being of everyone, except for the breakfast that is a show apart. Breakfast with varieties, well served and very tasty. Location of the hotel very close to Avenida Borges and the main tours. Cleanliness of the rooms excellent. We definitely want to return to Hotel Querência. Immaculate service and hotel structure of high value.
