In 9 years I was staying in the laghetto network this year was disappointing, unhappy with the exchange of manager Eduardo , things got easy, I had a problem in hosting I passed to the current manager of the reception that made an immense downturn, problems happened on Wednesday he wanted me to solve, I host that I had to go late, and he simply nothing resolved, I was staying for 7 days and super disappointed with such downturn by the Laghetto Gramado.

My stay was very good. I was welcomed with a beautiful welcome decor, which made the experience even more special. I stayed in a room facing the lake, with a simply wonderful view. The heated pool is delicious, perfect for relaxing. The food is very tasty and the breakfast is amazing, with an extraordinary view. The hotel is comfortable and the staff attentive. We will definitely return 🙂

I loved the hotel, we arrived late at night, when we arrived, as in the other days the hotel was with a wonderful smell. Well-kept bed linen, very clean room, impeccable manja cafe, with a beautiful view, attentive staff, clean pool, games room and space Anyway, I only have compliments and we intend to return next year, not to mention the excellent location.
