Blue Tree Towers Porto Alegre

Premium service! We were welcomed by the valet who received us with extreme courtesy and friendliness, then upon entering the hotel we found a fragrant environment and the other staff polite and helpful, 5-star hotel service. The room was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and a clean/equipped bathroom. We didn't use the leisure areas, but we went to see them, they are great and very well maintained. Breakfast served with great quality and diversity for all tastes, including for those who lead a fitness life.

We were working using the event structure as well as the hotel accommodation . All staff very attentive, helpful and friendly. I recommend

Good location. Good atmosphere. Medium room (crossing with stain). Value affordable by being 4 stars. Cleaning OK. Hearing movements in the upper and lateral rooms. Hotel staff very good/attentive. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. NOI Gastronomy was not well. Missed milk, did not repost, missed cup and only reposted because I asked. The dirty tables did not pass to remove the cutlery used by other people. Small space. I had coffee in the lobby, no cutlery included. The hotel is good, the breakfast is awful. Lack of team attention.
