Starting from the beginning, the location is perfect, next to Shopping Beira-mar that offers everything a great shopping center can offer. On arrival at the hotel, the parking staff was agile and cuts, the staff at the reception was efficient at check-inn, the room we were in (Junior suite) was fantastic, everything new, spacious, huge bed and very good, bed linen and pillows of excellent quality, new and smelly bathing clothes, impeccable cleaning, full breakfast, complete and with quick and constant replacement of the items that were running out. New sauna, extremely clean and reaching the ideal temperature in a short time. The hotel exceeds expectations and the experience of staying here is very pleasant. If there is a negative detail, and in this detail I write only to guide future guests is the fact that, in the booking process by Booking.com, it did not become very clear that the parking was paid, the information was there, but I did not see it because it was not prominent. Plus, note 1000 for this hotel.
