Bad experience. We were offered a room that barely fit our laundry bags so we could open them and organize our clothes. Extremely tight room. The window was for people's passage, with no privacy. Extremely busy hotel, with people in all environments and chaotic breakfast. We asked for a bigger room and the reception said it was full. We decided to change hosting and communicate to all available channels. They simply refuse to refund the amount paid for the remaining 6 days. No negotiations and no dialogue. Even I arguing that only a fine would be understandable in the lived situation. Finally, they said they couldn't issue a tax note of the amount we paid for the period. In addition to being extremely dissatisfied and having hampered our days of travel and tours, I will have to take legal action, since they do not accept an administrative and friendly decision. Never book this hotel! Reason for much regret, damage and annoyance.
