ótimo custo benefit......

I was passing in Floripa, as it was night/madrugada and only I wanted to sleep there. I called 29 hotels / hostels and they were full, everyone said that it was "high season because of the Argentines / Paraguayans" I found the Oscar in the race kkkk I just stayed 4 to 7 days in the city. So, what caught the attention of the hotel was service. IMPECCABLE! Everyone I had contact from reception, parking and cleaning. In my state (even felt a lot of it), Floripa is known by the staff not to be very receptive and polite. But Oscar is an exception. Congratulations to the team, super friendly, caring and charismatic. Breakfast is simple but complete with fruit, juice, bread and cakes. Very well done and with quality. And the kitchen and coffee room don't have that smell of frying and the like. Very good too. Negatives: - Elevator: It's not pleasant. Climb the stairs (4 floors) always. It smells like guardado, pure, acar, I know... I couldn't identify. - Corridor of the rooms: looks like an extension of the elevator. It's a carpet and I saw a lot of people coming from the beach wet and going to the rooms. By what I understood is this or it could be something else, but that water stays on the carpet and it gives the unpleasant smell. - There's no cable TV, only open channels. - At night, the neighborhood seems to be dangerous/uncomfortable to walk. But in the morning, quiet, close to great museums, other facilities and access to beaches.

Old room, old curtains, old taco chao, old bed, old wardrobe, all very old, hardened and muffled and small. Small bathroom, good shower. good reception, good mancha cafe. I don't understand stars, but much worse than the 3 stars I've already hosted. Well located
