Villa Verde Hotel

Large hotel , large parking , has a shop at the reception, we gained an up grade to a larger room on the ground .There are 2 outdoor swimming pools and another covered heated , the day q i was not very hot, the hydro was off. Good bed, with 4 pillows, bathroom with toilet shower and shower very good. Very good breakfast, natural orange juice, hot cheese bread, fruits, cakes, varieties of paes. Stay on the side of a mall that has other meal options, from to go on foot.

Terrible surprise. I ran into a dirty room and damaged old furniture. I was quickly exchanged for a slightly better room but still, bad. Considering the pattern of cleaning seen, I did not have the courage dw take a bath and sleep on the sheets. I ended up sleeping dressed on the edredon. Would like to publish video but on this platform it is not possible6

The hotel was a wonderful surprise: I liked the decoration, the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, hygiene, outdoors landscape, pool, breakfast. Very efficient and kind staff. My special congratulations to Juliana and Rafael for breakfast. Thiago and Ariane in the restaurant, which is outsourced and excellent, with fair prices. And Leonardo at the reception, a sympathy! Points of improvement: my room had no black-out, the bathroom needs a renovation (old rejoints) and need more staff in the breakfast management - Juliana and Rafael did the impossible this Christmas holiday and deserve more support! Certainly, I will stay again!
