Primar Plaza Hotel

Bad experience. Lack of staff to attend us. Lack of food for the number of people staying. I'm not coming back here.

Bad experience. Hotel has a large structure but poorly managed. From the very beginning, my room was dirty, dirty floor, dirty mirror and there was a smoke in the shower. Bad service, few employees to do everything. We ordered two juices at the pool and it took almost an hour to arrive. Dinner of very low quality. No meals start on schedule, they are always late. In addition to a few options, fat foods, no option of something more light like a chicken fillet or grilled steak. I had milanese chicken very oily and a fat polpetone. When I arrived at the buffet I had no more protein options, I had to wait to repair and it took a long time. They had no cutlery and when he came, I took a knife that was dirty. Only that already wraps the stomach. No one passes by offering drinks. The food hurt me and I had diarrhea the night. Breakfast of similar quality. The coffee was running out all the time and it was too long. We stayed in a wing without an elevator, with several elderly people having to climb stairs all the time. A lack of respect and care. Game room with dirty ping pong table, there was no coffee at the reception... Anyway, hard to find anything good to talk about this place. I just want to forget this place.

We had a good experience at the Primar Hotel during our stay. Since the check-in, we were very well received by the staff, who proved attentive and helpful at all times. The room was spacious. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with several tasty and well-prepared options. In addition, the structure of the hotel is good and has thermal pools. It was a very pleasant stay, and we recommend if you are looking to stay in the area with good care and cost-effective in Botucatu.
