Comfort Suites Campinas

The check-in was slow and inefficient, each host they took more than 10 minutes to make a simple check-in. Upon arriving in the room I came across clothes on the previous guest’s floor, used soap in the bathroom box and garbage on the counter. I asked to change room, in the new had: curtain ripped and falling off the rails, infiltration in the walls and a bathroom door that even the worst bathroom would have. I paid 420 Reals + 22 for parking in a place that is not even worth 100 Reals a day Avoid at all costs

The hotel has everything to be great, a good cost benefit. There is an ideal place to have a nicer hotel with a higher price. But that's not what happens. The price is high pro that they offer: the hotel (room) are finished, very old, with broken items, no face towels and rugs, no edredom, only a very fine sheet on top. The room is big. I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. The problem was the state of the room/toilet. Very old and poorly cared for. The common areas until they are OK and more beautiful and habitable. The collaborator Pedro was very kind, polite and helped us in everything we needed. It's a pity pq the location is great.

Hotel in terrible state of preservation in urgent need of maintenance and renovations! Terrible Enxoval! No face towels are offered, the bath towel is thin and old! The little underwear came out of bed and we woke up in the mattress! The air conditioning could not be turned on because it was extremely noisy! The dirty pool place full of bottles left by the guests! Not worth even half the daily value! Accor should be ashamed to give its mark to an abandoned and decadent establishment without care with no detail nor respect for the guests... regrettable... don't go!!!!
